The Problem

What makes this hard.

  • Bridge arrangements are often sold without any thought about the ending.
  • When the utility arrives, the customer is left negotiating an exit from a position of weakness.
  • Some sites should keep the plant as backup or peaking capacity; others should let it go. Nobody models which.

Our Approach

Exit is designed at signature. Depending on the economics, the plant demobilizes, steps down to a backup and peaking role, or stays as the primary source with the grid as the secondary. All three are priced up front.
